Delivery Time

Delivery times can be up to 4-6 weeks. Orders are collected generally in 1-month intervals and batched together for production.

Inquire with us for specific delivery times and faster service.

Return Policy

No returns or exchanges are possible. All items are final sale. To ensure the correct fit for clothing please scroll to the images to see the size chart.

Shipping

Shipping charges are extra FOB Surrey BC. You may select the shipping method and rate at the cart or checkout.

For larger orders (30+ pieces) better shipping rates may be available than what is posted. Please contact us after placing your order for better rates. If a better rate is available you will be credited the difference.

All items ordered will ship to you at the address specified. Order pickup is not possible.

Notifications

Upon placing your order you will receive a confirmation by email. Once your order has shipped you will receive a notification about your shipment with tracking.

Courier Delays, Lost Shipments, and Claims

Any delays or lost shipments must be handled by the customer directly with the courier. All claims for shipment damages are to be made by the customer with the carrier directly.

Order Changes

Orders may be changed by logging into your account and modifying your order. Changes are only possible if work is not already in progress.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled if work has not already been started. Please contact quiznos@keyinnovations.ca to check availability of cancellation. Please have your order # available.

We reserve the right to cancel any order and provide a full refund. Cancellations on our part may be due to inventory shortages, production constraints, or a lack of available orders to go to production with.

Payment

Visa and Mastercard are accepted for payment and will be available on checkout. E-transfers are not accepted.

Prices and Currency

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices posted are subject to change at any time.

Taxes

Taxes are applicable to Canadian customers and are applied based on which province your order is shipped to. International orders are not accepted.
